• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Interaction Submissions

When you submit an interaction about another organization:

• The counterparty will be notified and given 30 days to respond
• If no response is received, the interaction will be automatically activated
• False or malicious submissions may result in account suspension

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an interaction submitted about your organization is inaccurate, you may dispute it through the platform. All disputes will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Periscope provides trust scores and insights based on submitted data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by users. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
